Thyagaraja Aradhana is the annual observance of the passing (aradhana) of Saint Thyagaraja, the composer of the Pancharatna Kritis and hundreds of Carnatic kritis. It is held at Thiruvaiyaru (Tamil Nadu).
Thyagaraja Aradhana — પૌરાણિક કથા
According to tradition, Thyagaraja was a Telugu Brahmin who lived in Thiruvaiyaru and devoted his life to Rama. He composed the five Pancharatna kritis and the Naukacharitram. He attained samadhi on Pushya Bahula Panchami. Musicians and devotees gather to sing his compositions in unison.

- On the aradhana day, gather at Thiruvaiyaru or a local Thyagaraja shrine.
- Sing the Pancharatna Kritis ("Jagadanandakaraka", "Dudukugala", "Sadhinchane", "Kanakana Ruchira", "Endaro Mahanubhavulu") in order.
